In our two-Day SCRUM Training you will be introduced to the basics of the SCRUM Method. You will find out,

The SCRUM Training offers you an optimal preparation for the SCRUM.ORG examinations PSM1 (SCRUM Master) und PSPO1 (SCRUM Product Owner) by imparting the crucial knowledge expected in SCRUM.

If you have booked the examination for Professional SCRUM Master (PSM I) or Professional SCRUM Product Owner (PSPO I) through us, then you will receive your exam-voucher with which you can take part in the respective SCRUM Examination online at SCRUM.org directly from us at the end of the training.

Media and Materials: To achieve our educational objectives, we use a variety of sensible and constructive media and educational materials: Original literature, Case studies, Workbooks, Flipcharts, Projectors and Metaplan- boards. This supports you on an optimal level during lectures, talks, partner- and group work, trainee-presentations, trainer-feedback- and in participants teaching co-worker–situations.

Case-Studies and Scenarios: We use scenarios and case studies to deepen the implementation of the theory and prepare you for your daily practice. Sample paper and scenarios help you to prepare for the certification.

Practical knowledge and experience in SCRUM is not necessary but assist the learning target.

We suggest that you read the official SCRUM-Guide thoroughly prior to the training as a preparation for the course. For this purpose the current issue of the SCRUM Guide in English language as well as the SCRUM Guide in German is placed at your disposal free of charge.
