Lonely Records is on the brink of collapse. If only Arthur had listened to his advisor when he predicted that his record company's strategy wouldn't work for much longer. But he should have realized it himself. And he is now painfully aware of this. The music business has obviously changed since he founded his label Lonely Records at the end of the 70s. He has to change something if he doesn't want to bury Lonely Records. But how should he go about making the change?

Help Arthur to save Lonely Records with PRINCE2 and make it fit for the future. Join him on this exciting, educational and sometimes hilarious journey as you take on the role of project manager Nick Andros. Don't worry, we won't leave you on your own. Our coach Thomas will be on hand to provide you with help and advice and teach you the necessary PRINCE2 theory. This should save Lonely Records and you will learn everything you need to pass the PRINCE2 Foundation exam through theory and direct transfer into practice.

Our scenario-based “PRINCE2 2017 Foundation Online Basic” training comprehensively teaches the structure and functionality of the PRINCE2 framework and its four integrated building blocks. You will learn about PRINCE2 principles, PRINCE2 topics and PRINCE2 processes and the conditions PRINCE2 provides for the adaptation of PRINCE2 to the project environment (PRINCE2 tailoring).

The PRINCE2 online training contains scenario-based video chapters with several hours of playing time. The learning objectives are checked using an exam simulator based on sample exam questions from the PRINCE2 Foundation exam.

Additional supporting learning materials, audio files and white papers are also available. You can use the various communication channels such as learning group chat, expert chat and the “Communities of Practice” to enter into a direct exchange with other members of the Maxpert Academy.
