Content – What do you learn in the training?
The Change Management framework was developed based on years of practical insight into change initiatives and how they are evolving in the Digital Age. This course introduces the management syllabus covering the definition of "change management" and the common organizational approaches to it, as well as topics like "change and the individual," "stakeholder participation," and developing new change initiatives. The APMG Change Management framework presents a tried-and-true method for organizing, carrying out, and managing change and transformation efforts; based on the Effective Change Manager's Handbook, it introduces the fundamentals of change management, defines change, and discusses how to manage and apply its approach in real-world businesses.
